Stretching Videos

As a former personal trainer and survivor of the cubical farm, I understand and want to help you feel better.
 
The benefits of stretching are increased circulation, reduced stress (that is a biggie), increased flexibility and range of motion, reduction of back pain, improved posture and better mental focus. These are some of the benefits. The one I like best is it just makes me feel better.
 
Take a look at the stretching videos and try them. You will be amazed at what five minutes of stretching can do for you!
 

How to Use a Foam Roller - A Quick Routine
One of the tips I like to share with my clients in between massages is to use a foam roller.
Remember: with a foam roller you focus on slowly rolling soft tissue (muscles, fascia, fat, connective tissue etc.), not bones or joints and don’t stay on a tender spot for too long.

Neck Stretches: Seated
This video will demonstrate how to do neck stretching exercises including rotation, side bending, flexion, and extension stretching which will help loosen your neck muscles.
