Sports Massage incorporates gentle stretching, pressing, and relaxing of specific muscles in each joint to release those places where your body has a pattern of holding. At each major joint all the individual muscles are attended in this way to bring a deep relaxation to the joint that spreads throughout the muscular and skeletal systems to address the shoulder, hips, low back, knee, hand, elbow, foot and more.
